NCAA Approved Curriculum

The National Collegiate Athletic Association is a member-led organization dedicated to the well-being and lifelong success of college athletes. All work to support student-athletes so they can succeed on the field, in the classroom and in life. More than 460,000 college athletes make up the 19,000 teams that send more than 54,000 participants to compete each year in the NCAA’s 90 championships in 24 sports across 3 divisions. Learning Tracks

High School of America has structured and guided learning tracks. For both, the parent, student, and dedicated counselor determine the pathway that best meets the student’s needs. In the “Guided Learning Track” students are an integral part in the development of their study plan in support of their academic needs and time frames. This track does not require a master schedule. In the “Structured Learning Track” students follow pacing guidelines in a structured study plan and school work is closely monitored by teachers and his/her counselor. This track requires a master schedule. *Students with an IEP/504 and students seeking to obtain scholarships for college will be required to take the “structured learning track”.
